White Rabbit Express Tutorial Part 1: How to Place An Order

Heya, lovelies♥! I recently made a purchase for a White Rabbit Express review and decided it might be helpful to create a guide for anyone considering using them as a shopping service ^^. The service is pretty simple, but if you're still hesitant, you can use this as a walk-through to know what to expect~. (And you can sign up here for $5 off your first purchase~)

First off, some of you might be wondering what the heck is White Rabbit Express?

White Rabbit Express is a Japanese shopping service. That is, a service that allows you to make purchases from Japanese websites that don't ship outside of Japan!

Here's what their homepage looks like:

If you're a new user, click "Get Started" and you'll be taken to this page:

Or, if you already have an account (like me!), sign in and you'll be taken to this page:

Click "New Request" and you'll be taken to a similar page as a new user.

To add an item to your cart, pick an item from whatever Japanese website of your choosing (in my case, I'm buying from the Japanese Amazon) and pick out your item. For this, I'll use the Cinnamoroll pillow I got~.

Highlight the address bar, then copy it.

Paste it in the "Product web page" bar and click "Next"

You'll be taken to a page that looks something like this:

Fill out the sections by copy and pasting the information from the webpage.

It's pretty self explanatory, but some clarifications just in case!

Only fill out the "Size, color, description" bar if something your ordering has options. For example-- this hair piece:

I would select the option I want, then copy the color and paste it into the "Size, color, description".

If there aren't any options, you can just leave it blank, like I did with the pillow~.

And if you aren't sure if the tax is included in the price, don't worry! Just put down the price that is shown to you and make sure you have some extra money set aside. If the tax ends up not being included in the price you gave, someone from White Rabbit Express will email you to let you know later on. You can make another payment to cover the tax then ^u^

After you've filled out everything, click the green "Add item to cart" button and you'll be taken to your cart, which looks like this:

If you scroll down, you'll see your item and the information you filled out, as well as the option to remove said items. (Note: If you choose to remove an item, then change your mind and put it back later, you'll have to re-fill out your form!)

From there, you can add more items, or you can checkout. Adding items is the same process as before, so let's move on to checking out!

After you've added all of your items (I added a few more~), it's time to check out.

You'll notice a section with the option to Pre-Approve Domestic shipping:

All it means, is that you're paying upfront for the estimated domestic shipping cost! (That is, what they expect the shipping cost to be for the packages being sent to THEM) If you decide not to choose this option, you'll be emailed later with the exact cost of the domestic shipping and can pay then. If what you pay ends up being more than needed, you'll be refunded the rest. If what you pay ends up being less than what's needed, you'll get an email to pay the rest. So, you never have to worry about your order getting canceled ^^.

Whatever you end up choosing, select your option, then click the yellow "Checkout" button. You'll be directed to the Checkout page, which looks something like this:

There are a few different things going on here. First off, payment options:

Personally, I use Paypal for, like, everything! If you don't have Paypal, though, you do have the option to add a credit card.

If you decide to pay with a credit card, it will have you fill out the information right there:

Whereas, if you use Paypal, you'll be redirected to Paypal afterwards. (You know how it works!)

After you've selected your payment method, fill out which country/state (province, whatever pops up).

As it says, you won't be filling out your full address here. You'll fill it out later, when they have received the items. I'll talk more about that in my next tutorial c:

Scroll down and you'll notice you have to accept the Terms of Service. Easy peasy! Just click the check box, then click the yellow button that says "Place your order".

If you chose to pay with Paypal, you should be redirected to Paypal afterwards. After you've paid with Paypal (or if you didn't use Paypal), you'll be directed to this page:

Waa-la! You've placed your order with White Rabbit Express ^^.

If you missed it before, I do have a referral link that will save you $5 off your purchase. Just click here~

Otherwise, I should have the shipping process tutorial done within this week. Look out for it!

Until then, I hope you had or are having an awesome day♥.

Later taters~

  3. Hi, I've recently purchased an item and I've been dying to know about their shipping process. Is the item delivered to your doorstep when you chose to pre-approve the domestic shipping with $7? Thank you so much :D
